On the occasion of the summer solstice, Yoga Day Roma is celebrated, a free event entirely dedicated to the International Day of Yoga.
The initiative, organized nationally by CSEN, offers guided group sessions open to practitioners of all levels, from beginners to experts. The meetings will take place in exceptional settings such as the Stadio della Farnesina and the areas adjacent to Castel Sant’Angelo.
The central theme of this edition focuses on integrated well-being and harmony between body, mind, and the surrounding natural environment.
