Peony Spring at the Moutan Botanical Center in Vitorchiano

From March 28 to May 31, 2026, the Moutan Botanical Center in Vitorchiano, located in Pallone on state road Ortana 46, is open daily, including holidays, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The visit allows you to follow the different phases of blooming: at the end of March, the tree peonies appear; from late April, you can see the Rochi variety; and in May, the spectacle of peonies in full season continues. The garden, born from the passion of Carlo Confidati, covers 15 hectares and features over 200,000 plants and about 600 varieties of Chinese peonies. The experience is ideal for a stroll among the colors and scents of spring, with leashed dogs also permitted; on weekends, the Colour Cafè is also open. Opening is confirmed for Easter and Easter Monday as well.
