The evocative halls of Villa Cuturi in Marina di Massa host an extraordinary exhibition of underground photography, organized in collaboration with the Tuscan Speleological Federation.
The exhibition guides the public through the fascinating and hidden scenarios of the underground, among imposing limestone formations, karst cavities, and ancient tunnels captured by the explorers’ lenses. The visual itinerary does not merely reveal the majesty of these landscapes hidden in darkness, but also issues a clear warning about the delicacy and vulnerability of underground ecological balances, promoting a renewed awareness for the protection of subterranean geological and biological heritage.
