On the occasion of the solemn celebrations for the Quintana Joust, the historic center of Foligno comes alive with seventeenth-century charm and the reopening of the Locanda del Prete di Rostoviglio, the celebrated tavern of the Noble Rione Giotti.

Located in the evocative setting of Piazza Don Michele Faloci Pulignani, the tavern welcomes diners and visitors from August 28 to September 11, 2026. Guests can experience an authentic journey through time, savoring dishes inspired by ancient Baroque recipe books and typical Umbrian gastronomic specialties, served in rooms furnished with period décor and candlelight.

The convivial experience is accompanied by costumed figures in period attire and musicians from the district, immersing the city in the thrill of Foligno’s most cherished chivalric challenge.
