The twenty-first edition of the Woodland Festival returns to Sferracavallo di Orvieto, a traditional meeting place for enthusiasts of the rustic, authentic flavors of Umbrian cooking.
Scheduled for September 10-19, 2026, the event offers a rich culinary itinerary set up at the food stalls of the Orvieto hamlet. The absolute stars of the table are the fruits of the undergrowth and game: steaming first courses with truffle and porcini mushrooms, hunter-style wild boar stew, and classic polenta, served alongside the renowned wines of the Orvieto hills.
Every evening is enriched with live music, dance performances, and leisure areas, all in a jovial, family-friendly atmosphere.
