Riolo Terme celebrates the Romagna IGP Shallot

On the weekends of July 18-19 and 25-26, 2026, Pertini Park in Riolo Terme dedicates four days to the Romagna IGP Shallot. The event puts the local shallot at center stage with traditional dishes, fresh and processed products presented by the producers of the Consortium. Alongside the gastronomic offerings, there are artisan markets, live music, and entertainment moments, turning the tasting into a village festival open to residents and visitors. It’s an ideal opportunity to discover a Romagna excellence up close and enjoy the convivial atmosphere that accompanies the area’s summer festivals.
