In the heart of Lower Salento, in Supersano, an immersive route opens up to discover Puglia’s green gold at the historic Tenuta Agrosì.
The itinerary leads participants from the ancient stone vaults of a 19th-century cellar to the estate’s mill, explaining cold-press methods and the sensory properties of organic extra virgin olive oil. The experience includes a walk through the green of Bosco Agrosilvae and a guided tasting of the various labels paired with rustic bread and local products.
