The hamlet of Cave, in the municipality of Foligno, pays tribute once again to the signature product of its land with the traditional Bean Festival, a food festival loved by residents and visitors alike.
During the event, the village taverns offer delicious menus featuring slow-cooked legume soups, handmade pasta, local sausages and bruschetta drizzled with freshly pressed new olive oil. Evenings are enriched by folk music performances, family entertainment and displays of traditional agricultural crafts.
