Chieti Between the Pages: Literary Itineraries and Documentary Memories at the State Archive

The State Archive of Chieti opens its precious documentary treasures as part of the Chieti Between the Pages – The City That Reads program, a series of meetings, exhibitions, and public readings.

The project aims to highlight historical documents, city chronicles, notarial registers, and period maps, allowing the public to retrace centuries of life in Chieti. Through themed guided tours, scholars and enthusiasts can closely examine unpublished manuscript records that tell of urban transformations, civic customs, and family memories of the Chieti area.
