From November 22 to December 6, 2026, Sogliano al Rubicone renews its appointment with the Fossa DOP Cheese Fair, spread over three Sundays that enliven the historic center with tastings, markets, and side events.

The event highlights the area’s signature product along with other local specialties such as Savòr, Saba, honey, cured meats, and Montetiffi clay baking dishes, accompanied by wines and cheeses from various Italian regions.
