The hilltop village of Bisenti hosts an event entirely dedicated to ancient farming skills and the genuine flavours of the Teramo countryside. Curated by the Sopraffino Consortium in synergy with local stakeholders, it offers a packed calendar of themed workshops and guided tastings.
Participants can try their hand at the artisanal production of the famous Farindola Pecorino, discover the secrets of hand-rolled pasta and ancient grains, and taste honey, bean-to-bar chocolate, and the renowned Montonico wine, with a dedicated shuttle service available on reservation.
