The Primiero valley hosts a new gathering in the Migrant Kitchens series, an initiative that celebrates dialogue among cultures through the preparation and tasting of traditional dishes from around the world, with a special edition dedicated to Brazil.
Participants can try their hand at preparing authentic recipes guided by local cooks, discovering the use of characteristic spices, fruits, and culinary techniques. At the end of the workshop, the convivial moment offers the opportunity to taste the dishes prepared and share stories and experiences.
