I Primi d'Italia 2026 in Foligno: Italy's national festival dedicated to pasta and first courses

From 24 to 27 September 2026 Foligno once again confirms its place as Italy’s gastronomic capital with the twenty-seventh edition of I Primi d’Italia, the first national festival entirely devoted to first courses.

The charming historic centre hosts the renowned Villaggi del Gusto, where visitors can savour regional specialities: from fresh and filled pasta to rice, from traditional soups to polenta and gourmet creations prepared by internationally renowned chefs.

Complementing the non-stop tastings, the event features live cooking shows, trade fairs showcasing agri-food excellence, cooking classes and sensory workshops for adults and children.
