💡 Did You Know…?
The legend of the Fairy Bema still enlivens the manor: according to tradition, on the night between 18 and 19 May her ghost appears on the keep awaiting the return of Pio Torelli. In the Fairy Bema Room an Egyptian mummy is preserved, long believed to be her body; popular tradition loves to repeat that anyone who does not want misfortune must not move it from its bed.
